Since 1980 Jack has specialized in oil and gas transactions, representing landowners, mineral owners, and lessees/operators. He has prepared numerous oil and gas title opinions, represented the trade in various bankruptcies and regulatory work, and everything that goes into drilling and completing an oil and gas prospect.
This background has given him particular expertise in approaching a problem from the client's standpoint, whether buying, selling, or making a deal, and whether the party owns lands, minerals, or leases.
